Terms of Service – Ticket Sales
1. General
These terms apply to all ticket purchases for events organized by Chikovani Art Music, registered in Norway with organization number 926 854 399 (hereinafter "the Organizer"). By purchasing a ticket, the buyer accepts these terms.
2. Ticket purchase

Tickets are sold through www.tatiachikovani.com and any ticketing platforms listed on the event page.

All prices are stated in NOK and include VAT where applicable.

A confirmation and ticket are sent to the email address provided at purchase. The buyer is responsible for entering correct contact details.

Each ticket is valid for one admission to the specified event, on the specified date and time.

If tickets are sold through a third-party platform, that platform's own terms apply in addition to these.
3. Right of withdrawal
Tickets to cultural and entertainment events are exempt from the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under Angrerettloven § 22 (m). Tickets are therefore non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except as set out in section 4.
4. Cancellation, postponement, or program changes

If the Organizer cancels the event, ticket holders are entitled to a full refund of the ticket price. Booking and service fees charged by third-party ticketing platforms may not be refundable.

If the event is postponed, the ticket remains valid for the new date. Buyers unable to attend the new date may request a refund within 14 days of the new date being announced.

Minor changes to the program, performers, or seating do not entitle the buyer to a refund.
5. Lost or stolen tickets
The buyer is responsible for safekeeping the ticket. The Organizer may issue a duplicate where the original purchase can be verified, but is not obliged to do so.
6. Admission and latecomers
Out of respect for performers and other audience members, latecomers may be admitted only during a suitable break in the program, at the Organizer's discretion. No refund is given for missed admission due to late arrival.
7. Recording, photography, and mobile devices
Audio recording, video recording, and photography during the performance are not permitted unless expressly approved in writing by the Organizer. Mobile phones must be silenced for the duration of the event.
8. Personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679) and the Norwegian Personal Data Act (personopplysningsloven). Data is used solely to process the purchase, communicate about the event, and meet statutory obligations. See the Organizer's privacy policy for full details.
9. Force majeure
The Organizer is not liable for cancellation, postponement, or interruption caused by events outside its reasonable control, including illness of essential performers, public-authority restrictions, fire, severe weather, strikes, or pandemic-related restrictions. In such cases, the Organizer's obligation is limited to refunding the ticket price.
10. Liability
The Organizer's total liability toward the buyer is limited to the price paid for the ticket. The Organizer is not liable for indirect losses, including travel, accommodation, or lost income.
11. Disputes
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably may be brought before Forbrukertilsynet / Forbrukerklageutvalget, or the ordinary courts in Oslo.
